Balochistan Education Foundation is committed to provide services in
transparent and responsive manner. A comprehensive Complaint
Management System has been established to facilitate general public,
partners and other stakeholders to lodge and peruse their complaints
in a user-friendly manner. The overall objective of this Complaint
Management System is to improve and strengthen the institutional
capacity of BEF to initiate necessary investigations and resolution
of disputes, proper handling of and response to complaints.
Through CMS the processes of receiving and handling of complaints as
well as its management have been automated for improving its
efficiency and effectiveness.
